A Site Administrator is the next level up from a List Administrator. In addition to all List Administrator functions, Site Administrator's can also create and delete lists. Site Administrators do not have access to server level settings.
Site Administrator properties:
- Are not members on the list
- Have access to all lists on a site
- Able to create and delete lists
- Able to create other Site and List Administrators
- Able to edit site settings
