From Field Displays as <> in Some Mail Clients. Print

Cause:

The header rewrite does not have the correct syntax. It is usually the opening and closing deliminators that need to be changed to <email address>.


Solution:

Navigate to Utilities > List Settings > Email Submitted Content > Header Rewrites and change the syntax to the following: "Name" <email address>.

Example:

"Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services" [Neighborhood@CityofBoston.gov] is incorrect.
"Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services" <Neighborhood@CityofBoston.gov> is correct
