Question:

How to add an attachment to a mailing?
 


 

Solution: 
 

To attach a file to a mailing:

  1. Navigate to "Content: New Content"
     
  2. Navigate to "Essentials" tab, populate "Content name", "Description", and "Subject"
  3. Navigate to "HTML Message", populate with HTML content
  4. Navigate to "Text Message", populate with a text message
     
  5. Navigate to  "Advanced"
     
  6. Navigate to "Attachment(s): Attach File"
  7. From "Select File:", browse to the file
     
  8. Click "Attach"
  9. Click "Save"

 

Considerations:

  • This feature is not available when creating a mailing from "Mailing, New Mailing".
  • Some ISPs may have file attachment restrictions.
