Resolution
The basic value for the URL is as follows
"URL?email=value&demo1=value&demo2=value&list=value&demographics=demo1+demo2"
URL - The URL of your ListManager server, followed by /subscribe/subscribe.tml
Email - The Email address of the list member
Demo# - This will be the actual demographic(s) you want to pre-populate in their profile
List - The list name you will be adding the member to
Demographics - All of the demographics names you are pre-populating with plus symbols (+) separating them
