Question:
Why can I not see my sent mailing in the Outgoing Mail queue?
Solution:
When mailings are sent from the "need approval" section, you can track if the mailing was processed from the incoming mail queue.
"Mailings : Mailing Status : Mail Queues : Mail Queue - Incoming".
Click on the MailingID, scroll down to the bottom and view the "transact" window. This should give you an idea if the mailing failed the incoming process and, if not, will give the outgoing MailingID.
This Outgoing MialingID can be used to find the mailing in the Outgoing Mail queue.
