Typical symptoms:
- When attempting to visit any page in the interface, a blue page stating "Your IP address may not access the ListManager interface" is displayed.
- Server admins may also see a blue page stating "You must be a server administrator to view that page. Please try logging into a server administrator account and try again." when accessing server-level functions.
- The "Server" option does not appear when navigating to "Utilities: Administration" even though the server admin account in use should have access.
Resolution:
ListManager can be configured to restrict traffic to the web interface unless it is from a specific IP. This is a useful security function, but can accidentally cause the system to be inaccessible because the specified IP is not valid
