Email submitted content will be held for moderation even if the list settings do not require moderation depending on a list member's settings:
If the member is in Needs Confirmation status their email submitted content will be moderated.
To change the member's setting navigate to Members: View Members. Locate the member and set their Membership status on the Settings tab to Normal.
If the member's # of approvals required setting is set to a setting other than no approval needed the member's email submitted content will be moderated until the conditions required by this setting have been met.
To change the member's # of approvals required setting navigate to Members: View Members. Locate the member and change their # of approvals required setting on the Settings tab
