ListManager - How to Get Daily Campaign Reports that Include the Most Recent Campaign Messages in the Report Print

A report that has been built to be delivered to email on a daily basis will not include the most recent messages.

Messages that have not been generated cannot be selected for inclusion in the report.   

To include messages that will be delivered in the future, use the Extend End Date option: 

1. Go to the mailing list for which you want to generate the report.
2. On the left hand side navigation bar, under Reports, click on Campaign Reports.
3. Click on Build New Report (on the right hand top corner of the page).
4. Select the required messages from the list.
5. Click Save.
6. Click Next.
7. Input a name for the report.
8. Click on Build Report - Daily.
9. Input a time for the report to be generated.
10. Leave the Extend End Date box checked.

This will include any recent message that was added after the report was created in the scheduled report.
