Question: Can you send a text formatted message to ListManager and have it send an HTML message to list members? Also, can you apply an HTML header/footer to a message sent in a text format?

Answer:
The email client and server will reply or forward the email in the same format as it is received. For example, if a message sent by a Blackberry device is text only, ListManager will send the response to the other users as a text version.

In ListManager, the HTML and Text versions are independent of each other. If either the HTML or Text version is filled out, then the other does not need to be used.

We do recommend that users apply both an HTML and Text version in case their clients cannot read one of the versions.
