Question/Problem Description
Problem with Using the Mailing feature from Listmanager Website. Mailing - New Mailing. Only happens when using Google Chrome and an extension. The same extension does not have an issue on Firefox. Narrowed it down to the HTML editor. If I disable the HTML editor on the message I can then use the extension create a mailing, save, test and send the mailing. If using Google Chrome with the extension and HTML editor is enabled as soon as I click on Save and Test the web page begins to spin in the top left corner and nothing happens. At the same time, this will cause the CPU to increase on the ListManager Web Server.
We just did an upgrade from 12.1.23 to 12.3.3 this past weekend. This happened in both versions.

Resolution
List Manager do not support Grammarly browser extension as it manipulates original HTML of the mailing content. However, Firefox with Grammarly extension works fine with ListManager, you may use Firefox+Grammarly at own risk.
