Solution:

This solution describes how to create a Referral Form invite, otherwise known as "invitation content".
 

 Creating  invitation content:

1. Navigate to "Content: View Content"
2. Click the "Create From Template" button
3. From the drop-down field, choose "Built-in Templates"
4. Click the "Select" link for "Invitation Template"
5.  Populate the field "Essentials: Content Name" with the desired content name
6. Click "Save"
