Resolution
This solution describes the process to create a personalized hello message for a list
To create the message, follow these steps:
- Navigate to "Utilities: Automated Messages: Document Content".
- Click on the "Create New" button: "Create New Content" window will open.
- Populate all required information under the Essentials tab.
- Click on HTML Message and insert the HTML content.
- Click on Text Message and insert the text content.
- Click the "Save" button.
Next associate the new document to the action:
- Navigate to "Utilities: Automated Messages: Document Associations".
- Select "Create New button: New Document Association window will open".
- For Message type select "List Hello Document.
- For Document: Select "<your document>" created above.
- Select "yes" for "Is Default".
- Click the "Save" button.
