By default, ListManager will not allow CSV import to change a member's status to normal if the member's status is anything but normal (unsub, confirm, held, etc).
Two settings must be changed in order to permit membership status change from non-normal to normal using CSV import.
- "Utilities: Administration: Server: Server Settings: Security: User Limits: CSV Member Imports Can Change Non-Normal Status" needs to be set to "Yes"
- The "Action:" selection under "Members: Add Members: Import Members from CSV File" must be selected
- The CSV file must also have a demographic of "MemberType_"=normal".
