Banning a Member
- Navigate to: "Members: Ban Addresses"
- Choose the "Create New Ban" button.
- On the "Basics" tab, provide the "User Name:" (before @ symbol) and "Domain:" (after @ symbol) information for the user.
- On the "Advanced" tab, the "Applies to:" option provides the ability to ban the user at different levels.
- Note that the access level to ban it is the same as the current login.
- A list admin, for example, will only be able to ban members from their own lists.
- Click "Save".
The "Import Ban" button follows the same functionality, but for a list of emails rather than a single one.
