Resolution
To identify why a member didn't receive a mailing follow the instructions below.
1. Go to View Members.
2. Click on Find Members.
3. Input the email address for the problem member and set the scope to "all your lists."
4. Click Go.
5. You'll see a list of instances where the member is subscribed to lists. Click History to the right.
6. Next, to Mailing Attempts, click the View button.
7. Look for messages with status "Failure" and click View Sending Details to the right.
8. Click the Log tab.
9. Look for problems in the log box.
