The URL tracking functionality can be enabled or disabled by default on all new mailings for that list. This can be useful to set the default behavior as desired, as opposed to changing the setting on every new mailing.
Setting the URL tracking default
- Navigate to "Utilities: List Settings: Web Created Content"
- Change the "Default with automatically tracking all URLs:" radio button to the desired default.
- Click the "Save" button.
Considerations
- This will only set the tracking option default. The option can still be changed for a specific mailing.
- This setting will not change mailings that have already been created.
