Solution:

The steps below will determine when a member was placed into the held status:

  1. Navigate to "Members: View Members"
  2. Tab over to "Find Members"
  3. Enter their e-mail in the "email address" field
  4. Click on the "Go" tab
  5. Click on the e-mail address
  6. Navigate over to the "Information" tab
  7. The held date is displayed near the bottom of the page
