How to determine when a member was placed into the held status?
Solution:
The steps below will determine when a member was placed into the held status:
- Navigate to "Members: View Members"
- Tab over to "Find Members"
- Enter their e-mail in the "email address" field
- Click on the "Go" tab
- Click on the e-mail address
- Navigate over to the "Information" tab
- The held date is displayed near the bottom of the page
