ListManager will automatically block messages with certain phrases in the subject line if Disable subject checking is set to No in Utilities: Administration: Server: Server Settings: Automatic Maintenance using a list of regular expressions. Check the related help document for a list of regular expressions are matched..
Additional phrases can be selectively blockedby entering the text that matches the offending message into a match phrase set to reject.

To create the rule that blocks messages based on the subject line, follow these steps:
- Create a new match phrase.
- Input the phrase to match.
- Switch to the Advanced tab and set "Match in Subject Line."
Once the rule is established, the messages will appear in the Incoming queue but not in the Outgoing queue.
A match phrase must be established for all possible Out of Office message subject lines. This may require some tweaking.
